Bloomington IN, April 10, 2024 – geoConvergence LLC is an SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certified minority-owned GIS service provider with a focus on Indoor Mapping, announced today that the company has become an Esri Gold Partner within the Esri Partner Network (EPN). This achievement marks a significant milestone in geoConvergence’s partnership with Esri and their strong alignment in GIS solution offerings with an emphasis on ArcGIS Indoors.

geoConvergence has been a part of EPN since 2006. As an ArcGIS service provider, geoConvergence has been successful in delivering solutions covering multiple facets of GIS services including system and solution architecture, cloud managed services, software development, data analysis, and last but most importantly Indoor GIS via ArcGIS Indoors. A recent highlighted project for geoConvergence is the implementation of ArcGIS Indoors across twelve Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Information Technology campuses and data centers across the United States. This end-to-end project showcases our team’s breadth of knowledge from scanning buildings with no CAD floorplans to creating indoor maps and services to integration with external systems such as ServiceNow. This is an expansion of geoConvergence’s existing implementation of Space Management Support System (SMSS) in Washington DC at the VA Central Office.

CEO Prem Radhakrishnan said “Achieving EPN Gold Partner status with Esri is a testament to geoConvergence’s commitment to innovation in GIS. As a partner we embraced ArcGIS Indoors to implement Indoor GIS solutions and was one of the first to earn the EPN Indoor GIS specialty designation. Recently we also released a companion application for ArcGIS Indoors in the ArcGIS Marketplace. This is the beginning of a new chapter for geoConvergence, and we will continue pushing the innovation envelope for ArcGIS.”

geoConvergence’s relationship with Esri has been instrumental in our continued ability to drive customer success. We work diligently to stay current with new product releases, actively participate in early adopter/holistic lab programs and encourage team members to work on continued education certifications. geoConvergence contributes to the ArcGIS ecosystem by working closely with product teams to communicate feedback received from clients and drive product improvements.

geoConvergence was founded on one principle which also happens to be a quote from the founder Prem Radhakrishnan, “If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a map is worth a thousand tables”. We drive innovation with one goal in mind, delivering geospatial centric solutions that improves the life of people around us. Partnering with Esri, the global market leader in GIS software, location intelligence, and mapping has been an essential tool for the company to do just that.
